Natalee

Well, to begin, my name is Natalee Johnson.  I grew up in a small town in Michigan called Mason. Growing up sports were a big part of my life, I played just about any you can name - basketball, soccer, volleyball, cheerleading, even some flag football. The sports I continued into high school were swimming and water polo. I've been swimming since first grade and developed a love-hate relationship.  Through swimming I was introduced to water polo, and it became my passion. Besides sports I enjoy lots of activities. I'm the type of person who is willing to try everything at least once.  I love being pushed outside of my comfort zone and experiencing new adventures.  My attitude is definitely 'a situation is what you make of it' so I try and make the best out of everything.  Growing up in a small town I was dying to get out, and with that came a love for travel. By that, I don't mean visit all the tourist towns, sure that's fun, but my favorite part of visiting new places is seeing what life is like there, not just what they want to advertise. I believe the world around me is so much bigger than any one person, and I just want to see it all.
