Hello everyone, my name is Karan Mohan. I am from New Delhi, capital of India and I love Delhi. The proper way to say Delhi is DILLI. I love Delhi food. I am a freshman in engineering at Purdue University. I want to graduate as a chemical engineer and then want to work in the field of energy studies. I have one elder sister and one elder brother.  People often ask me what I like about Purdue.  What do like about Purdue? Well, first of all I like Purdue campus and it’s a very nice place to get lost and walk for hours. The other thing I like about being at Purdue is that you can meet a lot of people from different places at every street of this campus. Something that fascinates me or gives me pleasure is my area of interest. Though I am  not a traveler sort of a person, but I like to travel alone to places I have never seen before and try to learn about that place from the local people of that place. In addition to that my other area of interests is playing and watching cricket. Cricket was like my life when I was in school. I played for my school team for 7 years. Cooking Indian food (and eating too  ...), hanging out with friends (but I am not into partying and stuff) are some things that I like to do. It will be a contradicting statement to ' I like travelling alone ' but I always like to be surrounded by my friends. The thing I like the most is to listen to old Indian music. My friends even say that I am not of their age group because I listen to OLD MUSIC (too old music) which makes them feel sleepy.
