Weekend
I have no pressing matters that need to get done for this weekend, no homework that needs to be finished by Monday, and no other obligations. This weekend looks to be very relaxing and it's strange to be so excited for nothing. I think this weekend I will finally go into Lafayette and buy all the stuff that I still need. I have been here for 6 weeks now and I still do not have a few important things for my dorm room. I have not noticed it too much though because I have been so busy that I have not spent any time in there just hanging out or something, so this weekend will be uncharted water. I will probably sleep until the afternoon on Saturday. The options are endless I can't wait!

You are one lucky person! I wish I could be so relieved of stress. This week has been a very tough week and it can only get tougher from here on out! I am excited for you though to finally go out to Lafayette and just get stuff to finally settle in. I’m just lucky to be so close to home and was able to bring a lot of stuff to Purdue. Right now, I know in my mind that the work load is going to get worse, but I am looking forward to the next two weekends just like you are looking forward to this weekend. I am pumped for the Notre Dame Game and for fall break. I will bet to go home to Chicago and finally rest in my own bed. It has definitely been an interesting 6 weeks here at Purdue but I am excited to continue my journey here. ENGL 106
ReplyDeleteI can understand what you are saying Brandon. This week was so tiring and weekend is so relaxing. After 4 days i slept on my bed properly.Other nights i was sitting in lounge and doing my homework. I am also going to Lafayette this Sunday to buy warm cloths. Its my first trip to Lafayette and i am looking forward to it.(JAYNE)
ReplyDeleteDo you know about Gordmans and TJ Max? They often have cheap stuff for the home. They're on 26, past Target but before the interstate. I hope you had a successful shopping trip!
